Headshot, is there any way to download your music yet? I would love to have your trailer rescore or Yoda’s Theme to listen to offline in high quality. What about Bandcamp or Soundcloud?

Anyway, I hope you can resolve the drama and surprise us with some new music soon.
Yes, I have planned to upload it later (I want to add a few woodwinds in the center part)

I will try !
I listened to your rescore again today. I really enjoy it a lot. I was wondering how those woodwinds were coming along ?
I'm really looking forward listening to it naked (the music, not me).
Anyway, that's really inspiring. Thanks :)

Haha! I always listen to music naked! I even work naked. Makes me a more humble composer. :-)

:) I guess I'm too chilly to be a humble composer.

I can't tell you, but I will definitely do it.

Hmmmmmm...

Whenever you have time, Headshot, I'd love to hear it as a standalone piece.

Also, did you mix this track in the box or did you export stems and do a separate mixing process?

lol

There are so many things I must definitely do, that I definitely think I will never be able to do all of them !

More seriously, I'm too busy right now and there is always something that prevents me to finish that kind of things (like the Dog of War thread...)

It was a mix of both, but working with audio is much better, more flexible and precise.

Sounds awesome! There are a few places that have a nice emotional impact and draw you into the scene.

How did you create the sense of space? I hear a lot of reverb on some instruments. Are those far mics, or a reverb (which one), or a combination of techniques?

I wouldn’t worry about it, Ivan. I have it on good authority that Samy used a REAL oboe. The whole thing is a sham!

Uhm? I'm interested in the reverb, not the oboe.

This aspect of production is a bit problematic for me, I can do harmony, melody whatever, but had most troubles with production. Now, some of those problems turned out not to be with my abilities, but tools, which proved true when I bought better monitors, headphones, correction software and better sounds.

When it comes to reverbs I use valhalla, as most reverbs today are close in quality. Convolution ones have something specific, but not necessarily better.

I don't want to spend a lot of money just to find out stuff that I can easily ask about
