Nice! Wasn't expecting hybrid production from you. Any live elements or all virtual?

Yes the strings (layered with virtual strings)

If you have entirely written and orchestrated this piece, I'm the King of the universe and Santa Claus is my father

Sorry I don't buy it. This piece is way too impressive technically to have been made by a "Epic Hybrid LuL Ostinatos Rookie"

If I had a comment on it, I'd like to hear the percussion backed off a little to bring up the rest of the mix - I just don't know how well the 1:33 on section would work unless you brought the percussion back up... I'm not sure if any of that would actually be an improvement, it's just what I'd be interested in comparing.

the more obvious benefit would be that pulling the percussion back a bit would change the size/scope of the way the strings are perceived

I will not be able to satisfy your request (too complicated to fully reopen it : I worked on several sessions)
Mixing that track was a pain in the ass.

what about that :

Post an audio example of what you can achieve.

Man I bet!!! Thats great production chops you've got there. I waited till I was in my modest studio to give it a listen, loved every second of this track! I'd been wanting to hear an original composition of yours ever since that star wars trailer rescore. Also, now that I know your name I was able to look up your credits. Raymond Legends is a game I grabbed for the PS4 for some couch coop with the wife (oh my lord what looks like such a cute laid back game has caused us to nearly come to blows when we keep fucking up a level, lol!) and we both would comment on loving the music in that game, you did a fantastic job mixing it!

Do you mix entirely in the box? Hybrid? Big ass console?
